In collaboration with the company’s headquarters, we identify the most suitable partners and best strategy for the brand to be successful in the respective market. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Our business development managers are known to proactively identify and prospect new spa and retail opportunities to expand a brand's client base. Following the presentation of the company, products, and services we negotiate the trading terms and assist with menu engineering and product forecasting. Once the account is trained and the brand launched, we introduce and monitor systems for the productive management of the spa's business.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Our level of involvement varies from providing strategic support to regionally-appointed distrubutors so that they have the tools to actively develop their respective countries, to providing day-to-day account management, training and marketing support to existing spa and retail accounts. We would coordinate and manage pre or post sales activities and assist with product launches.
In line with the brand's obejctives we identify growth opportunities and turn them into tangible ideas for implementation.
